You certainly can. The service is intended for businesses that would rather spend their time running the company than repeatedly designing graphics, thinking up content ideas, resizing posts, and preparing promotional materials.

Unique or template graphics?

It's a point of pride here at DraftNook to assist your business in a unique way. Some design systems and repeatable processes may be used to improve efficiency, but finished content is adapted for the individual business rather than handing each customer the exact same graphics.

What exactly do I receive each month?

You receive a set of ready-to-use social media assets created for your business, which may include promotional graphics, service highlights, seasonal content, customer-review graphics, educational posts, offers, and other branded content based on your package.

Are the graphics customized for my business?

Yes. Content can incorporate your business name, logo, contact information, services, brand colors, service area, offers, reviews, and other relevant information.

What media platforms can I use content on?

Do I own the finished content?

Can I request any changes?

What if I don't know what to post?

You can provide specific promotions or topics when you have them, but we can also develop content concepts for you to fill all your slots.

What if my company barely uses social media right now?

That's okay. The content can help you establish a more consistent presence without having to constantly decide what to create.

What business is this service designed for?

Difference between this and hiring a social-media employee?

Will I give DraftNook my social-media passwords?

No. If you're purchasing our ready-to-post media package, you don't need to provide access to your social-media accounts. We create the content and send it to you, who does remain in control of your accounts.

IF you want a social media manager with login access, DraftNook can provide that absolutely! Just mention when speaking with or contacting us here, as this will incur a more determined monthly charge in the package deal.

Do you guarantee leads or sales?

No marketing provider can responsibly guarantee that a particular post will generate a specific number of customers. Our service is designed to give your business professional, consistent marketing content that helps you stay visible and communicate what you offer.

What information do you need from me?

Just email after ordering, or wait for DraftNook to contact you. Choose a package and provide a few basic details about your business, such as your logo, website, services, service area, branding, and any current promotions. From there, we can begin building your content.

Can I try the service for just one month?

Yes. You can start with a single month to see whether the content and workflow are a good fit for your business.

Can I cancel the monthly service?

Yes. Anytime you want. Payment occurs before the service and deliverables. Once delivered, you can cancel so next month doesn't happen; no refund though once deliverables for that month have been sent to you as the company partner.
